My name is Roberto Montagna, I work as Principal R&D Engineer for Spectral Edge Ltd, a company that develops technology for image processing.
I was awarded my PhD in 2011 at the School of Computing Sciences of the University of East Anglia (Norwich, UK), my MSc in Intelligent Systems and Multimedia in 2007 and my BSc in Information Technology: Multimedia in 2004 at the University of Verona (Italy).
For my PhD project I worked on colour in the field of image processing, mainly image enhancement and colour-to-greyscale transformation. The title of my thesis is Path-based computations in colour image processing.
